So pretty, I love how delicate your subjects are. Where do you find the materials you use as a backdrop or surface (like the large piece of rusted metal - is that a part of a trunk?)? Is it always stuff you already have?
Hi Amberly! Yes it's all stuff from my loft so far! Stuff collected over 16 years of styling shoots and the odd thing-sadly not enough, from my grandparents. Others from flea markets and charity/thrift shops! Hope you have a great weekend too :-)
Oh I love these a lot. The wild, uet delicate food against the rusty metal is great. The colours so warm and vibrant. Utterly stunning my dear! Have a good weekend...
Oh thank you Anna! We got a canon eos 400D about 10 years ago, so much better models out now I'm sure. I'm ashamed to say I only started teaching myself to use it this year though!!
Hi Leonie! That's so lovely of you to stop by and thank you for the wonderful comment. You're right-I haven't had time to check back into SH yet, but look forward to it too! :-)
More amazing pictures. The colours are so vibrant :)
ReplyDeleteThank you again BB! :-)

DeleteHi Caroline,
DeleteJust a quick message in case you don't see my comment on your comment at Superhero Photo:
I've been having a look at your photos and I'm completely inspired! They are so beautiful, so atmospheric.
It's also made me realise that I rarely compose a picture consciously, and that there is likely a lot of fun to be had in styling my images! :)
I look forward to trawling through your archives!
Ack! I didn't mean to comment on a comment... Sorry! :)
