Launch...Dulux Urban Folk
The Urban Folk collection from Dulux...
A few months ago I went along to the press launch for the Dulux Autumn Winter 2013 Trend Palette. As the name suggests, the 'Urban Folk,' range takes inspiration from the patterns and traditions of folk art world wide. Colours are bold and rich, designs simple and striking.
Dulux's creative director, Marianne Shillingford, stepped up to the mark and produced two design boards at the mini workshop. As is true of all design creatives, she made the whole thing look incredibly easy!
My phone photos are just a little 'behind the scenes' peek of the Press Show. I hope you enjoy seeing the amount of thought and effort put into these preview shows!
That looks like a really nice event, Caroline. It is not easy to present color moods now in a fresh way, we have seen to many proposals already on spoons, brushes, etc. That's why I like how they hang the color samples from the beams and the casual canvas look they have! Such a nice post!
ReplyDeleteIt was great Gudy and like you say, so nice to see another approach to colour presentations!
DeleteThat was a great press show and you're bringing it all back to me with these fab behind the scenes shots. xxx
