Styling Details

Apple crates on display...

Homebase have a fantastic range of Spring plants, bulbs and pots in stock and I love having lavender in the house before it gets planted, so I've taken a few styling displays for this weeks post! The vintage apple crates always make an appearance in differrent places around our home and make a great display surface...

P.S For those of you who haven't seen Sibella Court's latest book, Nomad, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. It's as inspiring and beautiful to look at as her previous title Etc. A truly talented stylist and retailer-if you ever happen to go to Sydney, pop by for a visit!

    1. How great to be in Sydney! Take lots of photos for us Catherine! Unfortunately our garden is going to be very bare for the next couple of years-bit of a mishap with some beautiful old shrubs(can't bear to think about it!) I'll just have to concentrate on making a pretty patio this Summer!x

  7. Beautiful styling - they actually look more like paintings, which is wonderful! I love using lavender around the home, I'd love to fill my house with fresh flowers every day, but it's so expensive! With Lavender in pots at least you get to enjoy it for a while and can plant it outside at some point. Paula x

    1. Mary-hi! Thank you so, so much for your lovely comment. You were incredibly encouraging on BYW1 when I attempted to set up a little blog called 'Evie and Gabriel', but never quite got going! Thanks a million for stopping by again-I'm so excited to be doing the next course as I actually feel more like a real blogger as of March! :-)
